Shop Policies for the Autism Ontario Shop

Welcome to our shop! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below you will find our policies regarding fulfillment, shipping, and returns. Please review them carefully before placing an order.

Order Fulfillment & Shipping

We partner with high-quality third-party print-on-demand services, Printify and Printful, to produce and ship most of our merchandise and clothing items. This allows us to offer a wider variety of products and designs.
  • Shipping Region: We currently ship to addresses within Ontario, Canada only. All items are shipped from Canada (either from our fulfillment partners or our office).
  • Multiple Shipments: If your order contains items from both our print partners and our in-house stock, you may receive multiple packages delivered separately.
Shipping Details by Item Type:
Celebrate the Spectrum Items (Flags, Croc Charms, Bracelets, etc.)
These items are stocked, fulfilled, and shipped directly by our team at Autism Ontario.
  • Cost & Method: Shipped FREE via Canada Post Regular Mail.
  • Tracking: No tracking information is available for these shipments.
Printify/Printful Items (Most Apparel and General Merchandise)
These items are printed and shipped directly by our fulfillment partners.
  • Cost & Method: Standard shipping rates apply (calculated at checkout).
  • Tracking: Tracking information will be provided via email once the item ships.
  • Production Time: Please allow 2–7 business days for production before shipping.

Returns & Exchanges

All sales are final, with specific exceptions noted below.
Due to the custom, print-on-demand nature of most of our products and the operational costs associated with our in-house items, we maintain a strict return policy.
Accepted Reasons for Returns (Damage or Loss Only):
We will process a refund or replacement only if your product meets one of the following criteria:
  1. Damaged Product: The item arrived damaged, defective, or misprinted.
  2. Lost During Shipping: The shipping carrier confirmed the item was lost in transit.
If your item is damaged or defective:
Please contact us immediately at fundraising@autismontario.com within 7 days of delivery. You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage or defect, as this is required for us to file a claim with our fulfillment partners or the shipping carrier.
Non-Accepted Reasons for Returns:
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for the following reasons:
  • Wrong Size Ordered: We highly recommend you review the size charts provided on each product page before purchasing. We cannot accept returns for fit issues.
  • Change of Mind: We cannot cancel or refund orders if you decide you no longer want the item.
  • Minor Color Variations: Slight color variations between the product images online and the physical item are not considered defects.
